The product

StandbyClaim is a local Chrome extension that watches a lead queue inside a browser session you opened and accepts a lead when its safety rules find one clear match. It does not promise a certain number, quality, price, or close rate for leads. Your computer, Chrome, portal session, and the portal itself must remain available.

Your account and the platform

You are responsible for the account you use, the platform agreement that applies to it, lead fees, response duties, and the work your team can handle. Do not use StandbyClaim where automation is barred. Do not use it to bypass a CAPTCHA, access control, suspension, rate limit, or other technical block. StandbyClaim does not make the lead platform approve or allow your use.

Subscription and cancellation

The subscription is $149 a month and renews each month until you cancel. Stripe shows the price again before payment and processes the card. Cancel from the link on the Stripe receipt. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid period. Except where law requires otherwise or a charge is wrong or duplicated, completed monthly charges are not refunded.

Licence

A paid subscription gives one business a limited right to use the extension for its own lead queue. Do not resell the extension, sell licence keys, remove the licence check, or use the code to run a competing service. You may inspect the downloaded code for security and privacy.

Safety and availability

The extension holds when it cannot find one clear button. That lowers risk but cannot remove it. A portal redesign, browser change, bad teaching step, lost session, sleeping computer, or platform outage can stop it or cause a wrong action. Use the practice claim after setup and after any portal change. Set limits to work your team can answer and review the local activity log.

Independent product

StandbyClaim is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Generac Power Systems or any lead platform. No platform has promised that this product will keep working.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, StandbyClaim is provided as is and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the event. This does not limit a right or liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
